Amazing! 
jessica ta the front desk was amazing! helped me get everything set up, very helpful and friendly over the phone. When I checked in bethany was amazing so helpful and friendly and even gave us some cannery row coupons which I greatly appreciated. overall a fantastic stay thank you to everyone!

other hotels [] could learn a few lessons from you It is not often expectations are exceeded and your property did this. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed in on my 14 day trip but think it by far represented the best value for money. The little extras did not go un-noticed and I was very impressed overall. Some of the other hotels I stayed in (inc[luding] one that I paid $700 a night for!) could learn a few lessons from you in terms of hospitality!

Peaceful and Quiet I planned a weekend getaway for my parents and I was hesitant since we live hours away. However the staff at the Monterey Bay Inn eased all my fears… The turn down service was wonderful. The gentleman who came on Friday evening (8/12) knocked on the door while we were inside. My mother answered the door and he ask[ed] if we would like turn down service. My mother said no ‘thank you' to which the gentleman happily asked if we care[d] for some turndown chocolates. My mother gladly accepted. Very nice man… The location is great; only a short walk away from the hubub of the shops in Cannery Row. There was no need to drive anywhere. Also the hotel is close enough to the fun, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The private balcony, breakfast in bed, and ocean views help out the ambiance as well…

Don't Change Anything We've been coming to MBI since 1999 for the MotoGP weekend [ ] and have every intention of doing so in the future!!! Thanks for a(nother) great stay!!! Bethany is just SOOOPPPEEERRRrrrr friendly and helpful and always so cheerful!!! DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!!!!!!!! ;-)

All your staff was friendly and helpful Quinn at the front desk stood out as an exceptionally friendly, welcoming member of your team. His personability and eagerness to help [ ] was a great pleasure during [our] anniversary celebration trip to Monterey. That made your Inn a stand out from the majority of places we stay at. I must emphasize that ALL your staff was friendly and helpful, but Quinn really stood out… We really enjoyed the continental breakfast in the room every morning to start our day. We additionally appreciated the staff's flexibility in having the breakfast packaged to go and early when we had to hit the road early one morning. Top notch customer service is a great attribute of your inn.
