I love this hotel location and the great view… the best!!! The bed is like sleeping on a cloud!!!!!

Consistently [ ] first rate Do not recall individual names but I HIGHLIGHT that the staff at MBI has consistently been first rate in all aspects of this visit - reservations, check in/out, room service, etc. It is one reason we chose to routinely stay at MBI (particularly during the Concours weekend). Always a pleasure, truly appreciated and looking forward to next year. Thank you!

Everything just works together We always have a wonderful time when we stay at the Monterey Bay Inn. This time it was for our (one month late) anneversary celebration. The satff, the environment,the service.....the hot tub on the roof with the fantastic veiws.... everything just works together to create a great experience. The complementary wine for our anneversary was a topper. It was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated. Thank you Monterey Bay Inn Staff and Management. [sic]

EVERYTHING was superior! This was a last minute reservation as we weren't sure where on the coast we might stay for the night...as it turned out it was one of the BEST hotels we experienced while on our 12 days in California and Nevada. Only wish we could have spent more time there. Look forward to future visits! All of the front desk employees were FANTASTIC and so helpful to all of our needs! Just keep doing it! EVERYTHING was superior!

You have a customer for life in us! Had a work conference in Monterey at [another hotel]. My husband and I stumbled on your hotel last December and decided to make a mini vacation [ ] and stay with you a couple days before having to go to [the other hotel] - DUMP compared to Monterey Bay Inn! Rafael was supper pleasant. He gave us spa towels and my daughter and extra blanket for the pull out couch. He was just a super nice guy. My daughter keeps saying things about Rafael. Funny story when we left your hotel to go to the [the other hotel], my daughter woke up and asked when breakfast was going to be served... I had to tell her that they don't do that at the [other hotel]. She was sad. This was our second trip to the Inn … You have a customer for life in us! Thanks so much. We look forward to coming again soon.
