“I saw your hotel the last time we went to Monterey [and] loved the location…Everyone we encountered … was great. Including the people I emailed to ensure that we didn't have the down comforter since my wife is allergic…The room that we were in was fantastic! "Your location is why I chose your hotel… I do not recall the person's name, but the house keeping staff and the breakfast delivery person were extremely gracious and helpful. While you have a beautiful hotel and the rooms are tastefully decorated, your staff exceeded my expectations and made our trip a memorable occasion.
