Michelle was amazing(as well as the rest of the staff, I just talked to Michelle the most and she helped me the most). The room was amazing. It was a perfect spot for my honeymoon with my wife. Thank you guys so much!!

Incredible views, great staff, quiet atmosphere. What more could you ask for! Every morning i woke up early for my meetings just so I could sit on the balcony and watch the seals.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the USCG pier where I always find sea otters to photograph (all the photos of the otters and the video were taken on the pier, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel). Walking distance to restaurants and even a 7-11 up the street for late night munchies. The view from the balcony with the sounds of the Pacific were enough reason to leave the sliding door open with the screen closed the entire time. My only complaint was the thin ceiling. My last night there someone was walking with heavy feet for like an hour. I called the desk to complain and the noise stopped within 10 minutes and I was able to sleep. Maybe I'll ask for a room on the top floor next time. All the of the staff was friendly. They were extremely polite and eager to help. Offered me water anytime I was in the lobby!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable, and the views of course we're stunning. Staff was very friendly very accommodating. We loved being in easy walking distance to all of cannery row. We will be back again!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect for a nice little get away. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hallways aren't the nicest but the rooms are beautiful so dont judge the outside. The location is amazing and walking distance to aquarium, wharf and more. Theres a beach right next door and the rooftop hot tub is amazing. Love it here! Michelle was so helpful and incredibly nice! Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful view right on the beach, has two hot tubs one overlooking the ocean, a good breakfast was brought to the room , hotel staff was really nice they actually let me check in 5 hours early and upgraded my room I think cause they saw it was my birthday the day before, also was only a 13 minute walk to the aquarium 10/10 will be back

Everything that previous reviews made are true. A wonderful place to stay. Rm clean, spacious, very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Lovely continental breakfast in our room, with great carafe of hot coffee! Will definitely return. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We rode the Harley up from SoCal and it was so pretty when we got there, we reconsidered upgrading to a room with a better view. We paid a little more and were given room 320. The view is gorgeous! We watched the sunrise, birds and sea otters. There were baby otters calling to their mothers directly below our room. Adorable! We were right on Cannery row so we walked to the local shops and dinner. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They took towels to the hot tub when we mentioned going. The hot tub on the fourth floor was amazing! Beautiful view, hot water and the jet settings were perfect. Everything was clean, cozy bed, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, the fireplace was lit in our room. It was wonderful. You fill out a card to hang from the door for free breakfast and when you’d like it. The fruit was delicious! We also enjoyed the croissants, yogurt and coffee. I highly recommend a stay here and if you’re able, get room 320. There’s another room like ours but I don’t know the number. They have jetted tubs in them. Ours overlooked the water.😁

When I come back to monterey this is where ill be staying again ,amazing room with a view ,and the staff was very friendly.
