It's great! Gina Trout is the best night manager ever! After an unexpectedly long day of travel, Gina was an absolute delight and made up for all the absurdity that comes with flying Alaska Airlines. The Monterey Bay Inn provides a gorgeous view of the bay, excellent staff, and top-notch accomodations. Highly recommended if you're staying in the Cannery Row area!

Beautiful location, amazing staff

Very nice, clean rooms, amazing views, wonderful people running the place. Breakfast on the balcony was a real treat. "Walking" distance to Cannery Row and the aquarium (I'm fairly out of shape but able-bodied otherwise, the street sidewalks are flat and broad). :)

This is a boutique hotel so there isn't a bar or restaurant but they have frig & Kerig in the room. The bed was super comfy and pillows were great. I just loved the location next to a big park with a beach and fisherman's wharf.

Loved this hotel. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Bayside suite (wasn’t really a suite but had two chairs and a small coffee table) was nice with balcony. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable and linens good quality. Liked the continental breakfast delivered to my door at a time I specified each morning. Parking was easy and fairly reasonable at $25 a night compared to Plaza a block away that was $48. Location was just at the end of cannery row so it was more quiet, which I liked. Chart House restaurant was a couple blocks away. Would stay here again.
