The staff are very friendly. The view was spectacular. It was walking distance to aquarium and shopping. Generous and tasty continental breakfast.

Parking was convenient. Breakfast in the room was a plus. The upgrade in our room was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony during Car Week and viewing the cars that passed. Staff recommendations for restaurants were spot on.

It was a very nice and well kept hotel right along the water. There was a comfortable outside balcony as well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The shower had good water pressure.

Great room with view, the lovely lady behind reception arranged for the maintenance man to come up and fix my suitcase as i had squeeky wheels and great location

Customer service is excellent! We’ve stayed there to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries for several years. Walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping on Cannery Row. Park our car when we arrive and don’t need it again until we leave. Special touches such as cookies in the lobby in the afternoons. Love watching the otters and sea lions from our balcony.

Absolutely loved our view of the harbor. Within walking distance to everything Parking was a little tight, but honestly not really a complaint
