The staff was wonderful and super friendly and helpful. I called the front desk for something for a stomach ache for my little niece and they sent up hot tea (mint, lemon, and apple cider) it was really nice. Cannot wait to go back

Very clean Hotel and the rooms are nice very relaxing the stuff are nice will recommend this hotel to relatives and friends We like the room with Ocean view and we can hear the ocean waves it's relaxing and the balcony. We are sharing photos on Facebook already1😁

Our room had stunning views of the beach looking towards the Fisherman’s Wharf area. Especially beautiful at night! The clerk that checked us in was very polite and helpful. I like that they bring breakfast to the room. Will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel!

We felt welcome the minute we walked in.The desk person was cheerful and friendly.We arrived about an hour and half before check in,and really did not expect our room to be ready,but we were pleased to learn that was it ready and we were gifted a room up grade by the management.. What a blessing for our 35th Anniversary celebration Our room was spacious with a view of the Monterey Bay. Although the Inn is older and in need of some minor updates,we felt it meet our expectation and more. We would like to return again and will recommend this establishment to out family and friends

Non-specific, but basically everything you can expect from the inn, they delivered. My husband and I had a pretty relaxing weekend since arrival. Great view, morning breakfast service, and access down to the beach areas. It especially was a nice location since it was equidistant to cannery row and the old wharf. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. Nothing I could really input for dislikes.

Great Location with beautiful sights and within walking distance to many interesting sights, restaurants ect. Nothing. Only thing I would do differently is get a room on the Fourth floor or on the end right on the ocean. Might have a more dramatic effect. And for sure bring a swimming suit to enjoy the rooftop hot tub. Our room was 210 and had a very nice view of the harbor area ect. We ate our delicious little breakfast on the balcony. It was very pleasant 🌺👍🤗 We lived in Monterey for many years so it was a perfect place for us to enjoy our old stomping grounds! Even though you pay for the parking it was very convenient for us under the building.
