Beautiful, quiet location with lovely view of the pacific ocean. Room was decorated nicely and very clean. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the aquarium. Professional and friendly staff. Plenty of onsite, self parking

Amazing room

Good location for walking. Clean. Friendly staff.

The customer service was amazing. They found out we were celebrating my husband's birthday and sent champagne and chocolate to the room. I forgot to hang the breakfast order on the door by midnight so I texted the number they had given me and they sent someone up to get it at around 1:00 AM. Whoever trains the staff on customer service should train the entire hotel industry. Our room was beautiful. I always wear socks in hotel rooms because sometimes carpet isn't cleaned that often. I was shocked that my white socks were still perfectly white after wearing them several evenings. Housekeeping was amazing! The view was spectacular and the sound of the waves was perfect! A perfect four day getaway. We can't wait to go back.
