Favorite place to stay while visiting. Right next to everything you need walking distance

Front desk staff was very warm and accommodating, both on phone and in person. Also enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast delivered to our room at the time of our choosing.

The front desk workers were friendly and helpful when it came to recommendations and any questions we had. Dennis especially gave us a good recommendation for whale watching which we saw plenty of whales so thank you Dennis. The surrounding area was really nice since the hotel is basically in the middle between Fisherman's Wharf and Cannery Row which made any walk easy. The view from our room was spectacular since we faced the harbor. During our stay the sea lions were on the beach in front of us which was nice but at the same time could be annoying to anyone that doesnt like a lot of sounds when sleeping. Overall the hotel pleased me and the wife and we would love to stay there again for any future vacations we do in the future. 10/10 would stay again.

Great hotel. Absolutly wonderful and very helpful staff! Beth helped us and was AWESOMELY fantastic! Clean nice large rooms. Bathroom was king size! Great location. Walking distance to bars restaurants shopping. Sea lions welcome you. Fantastic stay!! Didn't want to leave.

The view of our room to the ocean was spectacular with lots of wild life. Breakfast is included and they deliver it to your room. It was affordable and walking distance to everything , the cannery row, aquarium and the wharf.

Stayed in a room with a balcony view of the ocean and it was amazing. Staff was friendly room was super clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious.

Enjoyed view of the ocean/bay and the otters and boats. Appreciated having binoculars in the room to take in the view

Waking up to the beautiful view each morning was such a treat. It was especially nice to have breakfast delivered right to our room—such a relaxing and thoughtful touch. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Everything about our experience was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
