My 1st visit to Monterey, Ca. This a wonderful place to stay.

I wish we could have stayed longer! We were only there for one night, but every minute was wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring Cannery Row and Fishermen’s Wharf. The bathroom was spacious, and the balcony was spectacular. We watched the sunrise over the harbor and enjoyed our delicious breakfast outside on our balcony while the bay came to life with seabirds.

We loved our stay here for our anniversary! They were so sweet they left a bottle of wine and chocolates and happy anniversary sign in our room at check in. We got the ocean front room and would highly recommend. Breakfast was lovely too!

We drove down to Monterey for a one night getaway from San Francisco. The entire stay at the Monterey Bay Inn was lovely. Parking was easy, the check in was smooth, and we throughly enjoyed our visit. The highlight was the top floor hot tub, and the free breakfast in bed in the morning. Would return! :)

Loved this place. Host was very welcoming and organized. Wonderful location and exceptional views. I’ll come back here for sure.

Absolutely one of our best hotel stays EVER (and a much better value compared to their more "upscale" competitor up the street!). We were so pleasantly surprised by every aspect of our stay, from the view, to the bathroom, to the continental breakfast. All things considered, probably the best overall value on Cannery Row, if you want high quality at a reasonable cost. MBI will be our go-to accomodations whenever we are in the Monterey.
