Front desk was helpful and very friendly upon checking in. Our room was facing the water and had a gorgeous view. The complimentary breakfast was served within the time frame we picked so the coffee stayed hot, juice stayed cold. This was a great experience for my partner and I. We really liked how a beach was literally right next to the hotel, and cannery row was walking distance from us. Will 100% book with the place again.

The location and view were excellent. Our room was very nice. Staff friendly. The room was well stocked with many amenities and the continental breakfast brought to our room was a plus. There were 2 hot tubs available which my husband enjoyed. The harbor view was beautiful and our balcony was so relaxing. Once we parked our car at the hotel, we were able to walk to great restaurants and to the aquarium as well.

What an amazing hotel! The location, staff, and breakfast in your room! Amazing! We loved our stay but what made it even better was the service we received from Dennis!! He is such a nice, kind and helpful young man! This hotel is blessed to have him! We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Location and views from balcony

Great location (10 mins to Fishermans Wharf and similar to Cannery Row with loads of restaurants bars, maybe 15mins to the aquarium) with amazing views (take ocean view room if you can).

We stay at Monterey Bay Inn every time we go to Monterey.All the staff are the best and Manager Stacy Lee. Congratulations Alex!!!
