Beautiful view from ocean view room. Best part of stay. Room not stocked well for two. Not enough coffee soap etc. party next door until 230 am. Sounded like it was in our room. Very disappointed. Breakfast not worth ordering.

Loved the hotel. We got upgraded to an Ocean front with Fireplace for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The bathroom was very spacious, the view is incredible and staff was very helpful. The only thing we hated was the bed. Very firm and a little lumpy. Was not soft or comfortable at all. Probably would have slept better on the floor. Also not a lot of channels on tv. And the breakfast at the door was a very nice touch, just needs a few varieties of other foods. Not the same everyday.

With an ocean view, and hearing the waves come in at night, it's almost as if your sleeping on a boat. Great location right before Cannery Row, with everything being a short walk away. A little on the $$$ end, but would definitely stay here again.

great location, beach right outside, nice walk to down town and the other way to tourist heaven. all good, it’s simple but quality.

We just stayed for our first time and will return. We had a harbor view room on the 4th floor. We never even turned on the TV, as sitting in the balcony was amazing. San Carlos beach is steps away, so our daughter enjoyed that. Our room had a king bed (not very comfortable), plenty of space & a really great/large bathroom. We'll be back!

Good location to access Cannery Row

I was actually very impressed for a 3.5 star as normally I won’t go under 4 or 4.5 stars. It was very clean and an amazing location and the (regular) room was big and it had a big bathroom/separate toilet with a door. You can walk to restaurants, the warf, the aquarium as it was right in the middle of all of the action. I was pleasantly surprised the room I booked which said “canary row view” actually faces the ocean (not ocean front but full ocean view so it was nice to sit on the balcony facing the ocean (I believe all of the cannery row views were like this (facing ward and ocean). I would definitely stay here again. Also parking was very convenient, right next to the lobby. I was able to hear the people walking in the room above me late at night but it didn’t bother me as it’s an older hotel like many of the hotels in the area so that is to be expected.

The hotel location is great. Walking distance to the the aquarimen and shops. Great view of the bay and San Carlos beach.

Room was spacious, clean. The area felt safe. Darious the receptionist was helpful.
