Beautiful stay in Monterey . Loved having a balcony with an ocean view . Enjoyed in room continental breakfast brought to our door . It was fresh and convenient . Hotel employees were welcoming and courteous . Would love to stay here again .

This was the perfect hotel for our small family! The staff was nice and made checking in a breeze with early check in and even upgraded us for a better view. It’s super close to a nice beach and a short 10 minute walk to Cannery Row restaurants and aquarium. The hotel serves fresh cookies every afternoon, which was a hit with our kids. The hotel lobby and elevator was a bit dated but still nice. The room felt updated and was very comfortable. They delivered a continental breakfast to the room at the time of your choice, which was awesome. Will stay here again.

The staff where excellent on arrival, very friendly and accommodating. It started the stay off great.

Absolutely loved our view of the harbor. Within walking distance to everything Parking was a little tight, but honestly not really a complaint

Customer service is excellent! We’ve stayed there to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries for several years. Walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping on Cannery Row. Park our car when we arrive and don’t need it again until we leave. Special touches such as cookies in the lobby in the afternoons. Love watching the otters and sea lions from our balcony.
