We always stay here when we go diving in Monterey because our experiences have been consistent: nice staff, perfectly comfortable and very clean rooms, convenient parking, and relaxing vibe. They have binoculars in each room so that you can have a look at the abundant wildlife and breakfast always arrives promptly.

Delightful hotel in every way! Perfectly situated about halfway of short walks (and I mean 15 minutes of slow ambling) between Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf, on a quieter turn of the shore where you can hear the sea lions conversing on their rocks, and also the gentle sounds of the waves onto the shore all night -- best sleepy-bye sounds ever! Kind and interested staff who genuinely want you to enjoy your Monterey stay, and they are committed. Great breakfast delivered to your room at time you request. Staff are over the moon friendly and helpful. You will not be made to feel like a "tourist" - they will treat you as a friend. Highly recommend.

Brought my girlfriend here for Valentines Day 💕 it's a must place to stay. The views are to die for. I would definitely stay here again.

Splendid balcony views and perfect location for downtown stroll

Great experience

We had a nice time staying at Monterey bay inn. and we usually do every time we stay here. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating . The view is amazing.

Staying in the heart of monterey Bay between fishermen's wharf and the aquarium is exactly the place. We could hear the sound of the waves was incredible.
