This hotel deserves every 5 star and more! Clean from top to bottom, inside & out! Safe area with a parking garage!We enjoyed the easy walk to Cannery Row for shopping and fabulous meals at every restaurant we chose! The roomy room was beautiful, with the most comfortable bed. So nice to have a robe to lounge in too! We both enjoyed the binoculars they provide! Great balcony with a pretty flower pot on the outdoor table. Lovely view of the bay & park area. All staff we encountered were very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended to friends.

Our first trip "out" after being stuck at home for over a year. Beautiful room and view. This is always our go to place to stay. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is situated in the perfect location! Only feet away, walking distance to the beach and fishermen’s wharf. We had an amazing memorable stay! The panoramic room is absolutely gorgeous! You will fall in love with the wide open views of ocean and beach right at your fingertips. Balcony is beautiful. Fireplace is amazing. Bathroom is stunning. So much room to walk around and store things. Nice and quiet also. We enjoyed listening to the ocean and wild life all throughout our day/night. We slept with our balcony window open all night. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful scenery and sounds of nature. Definitely recommend this hotel but especially the panoramic rooms!

We drove from Burbank to Monterey for a couple's retreat for 3 nights. I loved the location and it was great being next to the wharf and the beach! Everything was in walking distance and plenty of parking on site. I enjoyed spending time in Cannery Row and the Aquarium without having to drive anywhere! Although it was no grand breakfast, I really loved having breakfast brought to you each morning free of charge. Overall a very nice stay and highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful visit to Monterey Bay, highlighted by our stay at Monterey Bay Inn. Excellent accommodations equaled by outstanding guest relations. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Enjoyed the Aquarium and scenic walks. Top off our stay with a night out at Sardine Factory, an iconic restaurant located off Cannery Row. We will return.

We spent 2 nights at the Monterey Bay Inn in Monterey CA. It's a lovely, small boutique hotel at the quiet end of Cannery Row. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was on the 3rd floor with a view of the bay and a small park. We really enjoyed our balcony view. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was especially roomy and nice. I would love to return for another visit.

This was the first time we stayed at the Monterey Bay Hotel. We were offered a ocean front room and so happy we chose that option. Beautiful view nicely appointed room. Wonderful bathroom. Very quiet. Very close to Cannery Row and small park. Will definitely stay again. Convenient parking under the hotel.

My wife and I visit Monterey often, but have never stayed in town. Monterey Bay Inn is a GEM! The staff there are very friendly and greet you every time you walk through the door. It was our anniversary and they complimented us with a bottle of wine and chocolates. We also had a free continental breakfast each day of our stay. They moved us to the 4th floor for a great view of the harbor. We didn't expect all this, and are very thankful for their hospitality. Our first day we never drove our car anywhere, because everything is within walking distance being (Cannery Row), shops, the aquarium, restaurants, Fishermen's Wharf, and walking paths. We will definitely be staying there again and again. Again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

This property is such a delight. All of the rooms have amazing views of the ocean and small harbor. The staff is wonderful. They have cookies at the front desk throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The private hot tub on the top floor Is amazing. And with an unobstructed view of the Pacific. Walking distance to everywhere, and you can even rent kayaks right next door. I highly recommend!

From our arrival to check-out, everything was perfect. Merl was wonderful at check-in and out. The room is nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, the bathroom has plenty of storage, and the view of the bay is gorgeous. It’s location is perfect in between Cannery Row attractions and restaurants and Fisherman’s Wharf. The continental breakfast was fresh and delivered right on time. We would definitely stay here again!
