The view of the ocean was exactly what we where looking for during our stay. The binoculars in the room where a perfect addition to enjoy the scenery and wildlife.

Everyone was so nice. Staff was great. Cleanest hotel I think I've ever been in. Breakfast was on time and correct both mornings. Absolutely magical views. View from our balcony couldn't have been any better. We aren't the type to sit in the hotel room much but didn't why to leave because of the wonderful views and wildlife nearby. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The harbor view from our room was breathtaking. The oceanview outdoor hot tub was our favorite amenity, it almost felt like it was our own private area. The friendliness of staff and the relaxing vibe you feel once you walk into the hotel was amazing. Also, the continental room service breakfast was a perfect plus to an already amazing experience. We WILL be back and we will be sure to ALWAYS stay here. Thanks again. Rooms: Beautiful, comfortable, amazing views. Nearby activities: Shopping, kayaking, relaxing on the beach, exploring the different areas between the buildings on cannery row, wildlife watching. Safety: I always feel safe here. Walkability: Right in the middle of Cannery row and the Wharf, also walking distance to downtown. Food & drinks: Continental room service breakfast was a perfect added bonus.

Great hotel with a responsive staff. Better than many 5 star hotel stays. The service here felt personal and caring.

Our stay at the Monterey Bay Inn was amazing!! The hotel room was absolutely wonderful and the hot tub over looking the ocean was our favorite part of the night. George checked us in and was extremely helpful the rest of our trip making sure we had extra towels for the hot tub and anything else we needed. He was very helpful with giving us food suggestions by recommending his favorite restaurants that were all within walking distance. 10/10 for the hotel and 10/10 for George! Looking forward to my next stay here

My family and I went to this hotel while we were visiting Monterey for a day. Once we got into our room, we were pleasantly surprised at our balcony view! The ocean was beautiful, especially during sunset and sunrise! We all love our room and my brother said, "It sucks we only get to stay here for a day.". Since there were four of us all together, we thought we would have to all share two beds. But no! The room was amazing a spacious, and I hope we can return to this hotel sometime soon. Thank you, Monterey Bay, for making our stay cozy & comfortable!
