Breakfast is room service everyday, which is nice. Another thing that made me super delighted of my stay in Monterey Bay Inn is their superb customer service and their genuine care for their guests. We went there for my birthday. I did not tell the Front Desk, she noticed it because she was paying attention to the card that I handed her. I got a nice bottle of champagne complimentary from the hotel. It was beautiful. It made my birthday extra special. I wish to thank the hotel's Front Desk personnel for making all these possible.

Only place I stay when visiting Monterey, my daughter and myself having been staying here for years and they remember us every time. Very friendly.

Great room right on the water, loved that the front desk mentioned that we would need a sofa bed for our son and talked about the upgrade. It ended up being the best! We are very pleased with our stay and hope to be able to come back soon!

First rate staff, excellent complementary breakfast brought to the room at requested time. Rooftop hot tub with great view was an unexpected pleasure. Cannot think of a more convenient location. This was an amazing stay in Monterey. The service was top tier and there were so many little amenities that were great. Loved the breakfast service and of course the location is wonderful. Great sights and walkable to many restaurants

This is beautifully located at the beginning of Cannery Row. Convenient parking, easy check in, very accommodating staff. We were welcomed by the friendliest young lady with long blonde hair and friendly smile. She was warm, inviting, and had great recommendations for our stay. A bottle of Chardonnay and decadent chocolates were delivered to the room upon arrival. Such a romantic treat. The room was so spacious with the best view. Bathroom also spacious and everything spotless. We made time to enjoy both hot tubs and the fire pit. Breakfast was delivered to the room as well. Yummy fresh cut fruit, yogurt, baked goods, o.j., coffee. Our stay was short but so worth it!! The young lady who checked us out was also extremely kind and informative. *Definitely recommend upgrading to a room with a view. There was so much wildlife to see.
