Front Desk host was very friendly

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful four night stay in a room overlooking the harbor. The balcony was lovely in the morning as we drank our coffee and ate a free continental breakfast that is delivered to your room at the time that you wish to have it there. On a few special mornings, we were able to watch the otters playing in the bay as we ate. Each day we were given fresh bottled waters, which can cost a great deal in other hotels. The staff, especially Concordio and the manager, were professional and responsive. Concordio recommended great restaurants for us to try. We had a very minor issue while there and both of these individuals went above and beyond to make it right. We are grateful. If we find ourselves in Monterey again, we will stay here. We highly recommend the property

So happy with our Stay here. It was our Anniversary and they sent a free bottle of wine to the room. Nothing can beat waking up to the soothing ocean sounds and views from our room!!

The views were spectacular, staff was friendly, and loved the spa!

We had such a wonderful stay here—twice! We first stayed for our first wedding anniversary and recently returned for our 11th anniversary, and the experience was just as amazing as we remembered. From the beautiful room and stunning views to the delicious breakfast each morning, everything was spotless, comfortable, and very accommodating. The service was outstanding and truly made our stay special. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was magical! Our room with the bay view was exceptional not to mention the staff, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the continental breakfast brought to our room on a tray. The coffee hot and delicious along with the fresh pastries made the experience even sweeter. We’re definitely coming back.

Our room had a gorgeous view of the bay where we could watch the sea otters, seagulls and pelicans. Breakfast brought to the room was appreciated and enjoyed on our balcony. Staff friendly. Within walking distance to the cannery.
